Two flutes, 1/4" shank
Two flute cutters give a smooth planed finish with a medium feed rate. They are the "workhorses" of the routing world used for most of the basic functions of jointing, grooving, rabbets, any application which requires a flat, finished bottom, and are NOT suitable for plunge cutting.
